Want to grow a smart practice that serves your body and your interests?
Feel stuck in your body or practice and need some inspiration?
Want to work skillfully toward a fun pose?

In this six-week series, you will build a customized yoga practice that is sustainable AND progressive.

All yoga poses can be broken down into parts, or components. We will:

•    Look at the components of common yoga poses as well poses you want to work towards.
•    Build strength and stability in each of those components.
•    Put the pieces back together and move into the shape or pose.
•    Build up from wherever you are starting to where you want to go.

This course is for students of all levels and abilities. Instruction is in English.
